About the size of a standard thermostat, the MSA Airox provides an easy-to-use solution to
the problem of stale air in commercial office buildings. The unit uses infrared technology to
measure CO2 in the range of 0-2000 PPM, and a rugged solid-state sensor to measure
VOC’s. These two measurements are combined via proprietary algorithm into a single 4-20 mA
output that can be used by the BMS to control fresh air make-up. The unit is suitable for
wall/box mounting in finished spaces, or can be installed on the side of a duct to measure the
air moving inside the duct.
